Let Gene read your website and draft FAQ entries and company answers for you to approve.

Import from website reads your public site (up to 5 pages) and drafts FAQ entries plus the six company answers: reputation, your edge, buying process, financing, property management, and tours and viewings. Every draft shows the page it came from.
You find it on the Knowledge section's FAQ sub-tab. You can also ask the Gene sidebar to start it ("everything is on my website"). It opens this review screen with your URL filled in.
Review the drafts#
Nothing is saved automatically.
- Accept, edit or reject each draft.
- Apply the ones you approved.
Good to know:
- A draft that would replace an answer you already have is marked "Replaces your current answer". It stays unchecked until you opt in.
- A question already in your FAQ is skipped.
- Running the import again re-reads the site and preselects only what is new or changed.
- PDF and Word documents found on the site are listed as links, so you can upload the useful ones to Files.
