Qualification
Set the questions the AI asks to qualify a lead, and when it hands over to your team.
Qualification tells the assistant what to aim for, what a "qualified" lead looks like to you, which topics to ask about, and when to hand the conversation to a senior person on your team.
It lives in the Conversion section of the AI page, together with follow-ups and lead temperature.
Overview#
These settings shape how the assistant moves a conversation from a first message toward a booked appointment. The assistant:
- works toward the goals you set;
- asks about the topics you list;
- measures the lead against your standard;
- suggests a handover when your rules say it is time.
Rules are one-per-line lists: pick a suggestion or type your own, click a row to edit it in place, and remove it with the X. They save on their own (shortly after you stop typing, or immediately on click-away), and a marker next to the label shows Saving..., then Saved, or "Not saved. Try again" with a Try again link if a save fails.
What you can do#
- Goals: what the assistant should aim for in every conversation.
- Pick a suggested goal or type one of your own.
- With nothing set, the assistant qualifies, informs and books, the standard arc.
- Handover rules: one rule per line for when the assistant should suggest handing the lead to a person, for example high-budget leads or specific requests it should not handle alone.
- Qualification standard: what "qualified" means to your team, one signal per line. This is the bar the assistant works the lead toward before pushing for an appointment.
- Topics to ask: the things the assistant should find out, for example budget, timeline, location, financing, or purpose (investment vs living).
Who the assistant books with#
When the assistant offers a meeting, it names the person it books with by the Senior job title in the Company section, for example "Senior Investment Advisor". With that left empty, it uses the job titles of your managers under Settings > Team, so keep one of the two filled in.
Tips#
- Be explicit about your qualification standard. "Budget and timeline both confirmed" gives the assistant a clear target.
- List handover triggers plainly so the assistant escalates at the right moment instead of guessing.
- Keep Topics to ask focused. A short, prioritized list keeps the conversation natural rather than turning it into an interrogation.
