Company
Fill in the company facts the AI assistant uses when it talks to leads.
The Company section of the AI page holds the facts about your business that the assistant uses with leads: your name, what you specialize in, and where you are. Filling these in keeps the assistant accurate when a lead asks about your company.
Overview#
These fields ground the assistant's answers about who you are.
- Some of them overlap with your Business Profile. When a Company field is blank but the same fact already exists in your Business Profile, the profile value shows as a greyed placeholder.
- The assistant falls back to that value automatically, so you never have to type the same basics twice.
- Type into the field to override the inherited value.
- Fields save on their own (shortly after you stop typing, or immediately on click-away), and a marker next to the label shows Saving..., then Saved, or "Not saved. Try again" with a Try again link if a save fails.
What you can do#
- Official name: your registered or legal business name. Inherited from your Business Profile if left blank.
- Common name: how clients actually refer to you. It is the name shown on your booking page and in emails. Inherited from your Business Profile if left blank.
- Company type: a searchable single-select: Real estate agency, Real estate agent, or Real estate developer. You can type a custom value.
- Specialization: what you focus on, for example off-plan, luxury villas, or a specific area.
- Location: your city and country in plain terms. Inherited from your Business Profile if left blank. It is where the company is, not where your team works: Gene never tells a lead the team is based there, and it judges reply times from each teammate's own timezone (see When Gene hands over on its own).
- Address: your full street address. Inherited from your Business Profile if left blank.
- Email: your company email. Inherited from your Business Profile if left blank.
- Senior job title: who the assistant books meetings with and refers leads to, for example "Senior Investment Advisor" ("a quick call with our Senior Investment Advisor"). Left blank, it uses the job titles of your managers under Settings > Team.
Website#
Read straight from Business Profile, Business Website. There is no separate field here.
- The assistant sends this link when a lead asks for your website.
- It treats a website request as a link request, never as a reason to send a brochure.
- With it blank, the assistant says a colleague will send the link over rather than guessing an address.
Languages your team speaks#
A searchable multi-select of the languages people on your team speak (the same list as the Sales agent section, without All languages). Custom entries allowed.
- It is used to book a lead with someone who speaks their language, as the hint under it says.
- It is not the list the assistant itself writes in. That is Languages Gene replies in in the Sales agent section.
Reputation and your edge#
Reputation and USPs are not in the Company section. "What do clients say about you?" and "What makes you stand out?" live under Knowledge, in the Company & services block of the FAQ sub-tab, together with the service answers. See Knowledge.
A link row at the bottom of the Company section points there.
Tips#
- Leave a field blank to inherit the matching value from your Business Profile. The note under the field tells you when a value is being inherited.
- Keep reputation and your edge (under Knowledge) concrete. Real numbers and real projects land better than "trusted" or "leading".
- Update these whenever your positioning changes, since the assistant quotes them directly to leads.
